In
order to obtain a license to practice massage in the State of North Dakota
you must complete a massage program that complies with the
North Dakota Administrative Code - Title 49 - Board of Massage
specifically Article 49-02 and pass the National Certification Examination
for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCETMB).
Information regarding the NCETMB can be obtained by visiting their site at
www.ncbtmb.com
To
apply for a license you will need to download and submit the following
documents along with a photocopy of confirmation
of a passing score for the National Certification Examination
for massage only. (Not the NCBTMB for bodywork)
NOTICE:
It is not necessary to wait for your documents, proving a passing
score, to start the Application process. You may start the process
by sending in all the appropriate documents, including your
Application Fee and then send your National Testing document under
separate cover.
