The Board has taken into consideration for those who have been affected by the Minot flood disaster. The Board will cnsider on an individual based, the CEU requirement for relicensure. You will be asked for verification of involvement.
The Board is requesting your assistance regarding the submission of your continuing education hours. Please retain all your continuing education certificates and submit them together, with your license renewal, for the year in which you report. This will streamline the renewal process and reduce the risk of paperwork being misfiled or lost. Continuing education certificates submitted early will be returned to the sender to hold onto. As always, keep a copy of all the information that you send in for your own records.
